Document requirements
In order to ensure a speedy embarkation for the overnight cruise aboard Allure of the Seas, all passengers will be required to present the following documents at check-in prior to boarding the vessel:
- A print-out of the event confirmation pass that will be emailed to all confirmed guests.
- A valid passport or a government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license. This document must be the same one whose information was sent to United Way prior to boarding.
Please note the following important information:
- If you are unable to produce these documents and/or your name does not appear on the confirmed manifest, we regret that boarding may be denied.
- Online check-in for this event is highly recommended. All confirmed guests will receive an email with their event confirmation pass and directions on how to check-in online.
- For health and safety reasons, we regret that guests who are in their 24th week of pregnancy or after will not be permitted on board.
- We regret to inform you that the ship is at full capacity and upgrades or stateroom changes will not be available.
- In the absence of a passport or photo driver's license, a birth certificate (original or certified copy), together with a laminated photo ID card issued by a local government agency is required
- Minors under the age of 16 will be required to present either a passport or birth certificate (original or certified copy) for cruise check-in.
- Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of a minor traveling with them must present an original notarized letter signed by the child's parent(s), authorizing the adult to take the child on the specific cruise, supervise the child and allow emergency medical treatment to be administered.
- Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise.
- Please note: An individual's age on the date of sailing determines his or her status for the entire cruise vacation.
- Visas: Please contact the local embassy for specific visa requirements, information, forms and fees for your nationality. Please note the ship will not be calling at any ports of call during this event.

Day Time: Casual
Night Time: Cocktail Attire (No jeans, jacket optional for men)
Parking information
Complimentary parking will be available at Port Everglades Parking Lot #18. Once full, Parking Lot #19 will be available to our inaugural guests. Both parking lots are directly adjacent to Terminal 18 and the Allure of the Seas.
Directions to Port Everglades
From the North, take I-95 South
Exit I-95 South at 595 East. Take 595 East to its completion, following the signage to Port Everglades. This will take you directly to the Port Everglades security entrance where you will present your photo ID and Inaugural Invitation/Setsail Pass for access to the port. From the port entrance, please follow the directional signs to Terminal 18 - ALLURE of the SEASSM.
From the West, take 836 East to I-95 North
Exit I-95 North at 595 East. Take 595 East to its completion, following the signage to Port Everglades. Continue as listed above.
From the South, take I-95 North Exit I-95 North at 595 East. Take 595 East to its completion, following the signage to Port Everglades. Continue as listed above.
Gratuities
All gratuities have been prepaid for you. However, should you wish to reward the crew with an additional gratuity this is at your discretion.
